Elevated Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1-2 slices of whole grain (at least 3-5 grams of fiber per slice, i.e. Dave’s Killer Bread 21 grain

¼ cup mashed avocado

¼ cup plain or roasted chickpeas

Everything but the Bagel seasoning

Caraway seeds

Directions: 

Spread mashed avocado and chickpeas on bread.

Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning and caraway seeds.

Toast and enjoy!
