Black Bean Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained

2 large avocados, diced

1 large tomato, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons red onion, minced

1 jalapeno, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

Avocado amount can be increased to make more of a guacamole with veggies.

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 day prior.
