Pineapple Jicama Salsa

Ingredients:

1/4 cup diced pineapple

1/4 cup peeled, diced jicama

1/4 cup peeled, diced mango

1 jalapeno

Fresh cilantro to taste

Fresh lime juice to tase

Sugar to taste (about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

Can be made 1 day ahead and stored in refrigerator.
