Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup milk or plant based milk

2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tsp chia seeds

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup fresh berries

Directions: 

In an 8-12 oz jar, combine the milk, yogurt, honey and chia seeds.  Stir in the oats, making sure they are all submerged in the milk.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.

2.        Top with berries.  Other optional add ins are flax seeds, nuts, sesame seeds, other fresh mixed fruit.
